This Project is sold on the agent platform entrusted by the Project Operator. You should purchase this Project in the form of digital assets, and transfer the digital assets purchased from your account on Huobi Trading Platform to the special account of this Project.

The special account for this Project is only used for pooling and payment of digital assets purchased and redeemed during the fundraising and duration of this Project. The special account is specially opened by the Digital Assets Custodian for this Project, and is used for purchase and redemption of digital assets during the fundraising and duration of this Project. The special account shall not represent that the Digital Assets Custodian accepts the assets you purchased, or that the Digital Assets Custodian makes any material judgment or warranty as to the value and benefits of this Project, or that there is no risk in participating in this Project. During the use of the special account, unless there is sufficient evidence to prove that any loss is caused by the Digital Assets Custodian, the Project Operator shall be liable for any loss caused by its improper operation and other reasons, and the Digital Assets Custodian shall not bear any responsibility for the project operation by the Project Operator.
