Digital Asset Custody Notice

Dear Client,

To give you a better understanding of the custodian’s responsibilities, Huobi Global Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we” 、“us”) as the custodian has specified the following custodian responsibilities:

According to the Digital Asset Custody Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Custody Agreement”) between us and               Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as the custodian under the Custody Agreement, we will prudently and independently keep the digital assets of                Project of the Company in the Special Account for Digital Asset Custody on the                            trading platform, and supervise the operation of the Project in the above account.

The Client information provided by the Company is as follows:

We will strictly abide by the Custody Agreement, perform our responsibilities as the custodian in good faith and with due diligence, and keep the digital assets in safe custody. All our rights and obligations have been listed in the Custody Agreement. We shall not undertake any obligations other than those agreed herein, and shall not be liable for auditing the source of the digital assets in custody, project income and asset safety, especially for the use of the digital assets of the eventually established operational project. We shall not guarantee that the digital assets in custody will not suffer losses or guarantee the minimum income. You shall not hold us liable for any loss of the digital assets you participate in. We shall strictly implement the operational order according to the Custody Agreement, in the event that we are entitled to compulsory settlement of the digital assets in custody according to the provisions of the Custody Agreement, we shall not be liable for any loss caused by fluctuations in the value of the digital assets during the execution of the compulsory settlement.

The Client shall indicate that it has received this Notice and has confirmed the responsibilities and obligations of the custodian by clicking the confirmation button online and authorizing deduction.
