Since the voting rules of the 2nd phase (the first review of super nodes + security deposit + votes from users) have gained support and positive feedbacks from project teams. However, IPC、AIT、PC、IDC、TRUE、BANCA、GCS、MDT、STB、ZIP and CDT decide to quit the 1st phase of voting and join the later phase after the communities and teams reached a consensus.
